      This bank is amazing. If you are looking for a bank that has all the amenities, and a small bank feel. These people are amazing. I am in love with this bank. I will never bank any where else. Audion is the Branch Manager, and she is an amazing business smart woman. These people do not judge, if you have a million or a dollar they treat you all the same. With the all the same being said that means everyone is treated the same. They do not try to hit you with all these fees if something bad accidentally happens toy our account. They are understanding, easy to work with, and to be honest with whoever is reading this post...the best bank I have ever seen or been with. Go Bank At Pinnacle today.

      Worst bank service ever. I thought Wells Fargo was bad but after trying out Pinnacle I was left feeling stupid. Please consider other banks out before trying them out. Gets my vote for most inconvenient bank out there.

      Horrible people. Terrible customer service. No empathy. They refused to issue me a debit card. Told me to wait 10 days. Don’t bank with pinnacle!
