      We had a hard time of finding a new vehicle previously, but at this dealership, it came with ease. The main people who made getting this new vehicle possible and helped us understand, were Jose, Eddy, and Teo. They made sure we left with the right car and that we were satisfied with our purchase. We actually found a vehicle that fits our family lifestyle and if you go here, we recommend them, because they really will have your best intentions at heart and make sure they throughly go through every detail, so you can leave with a smile.       Had an Oil Change (with Full Synthetic), tire rotation, and multi-point inspection for my 2019 Kia Sorento. I also purchased the cabin air filter and engine air filter. My appointment was 7:30 a.m. and they finished in just over an hour (paid my bill at 8:49 a.m.). My bill was $84.59 for parts (which includes tthe two air filters), $31.26 for labor and $13.90 for miscellaneous shop supplies. I didn't realize the miscellaneous shop supplies charge until writing this post. Not sure if that's comparable with other dealer service centers but I plan to check. The facility and waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the service advisor was friendly and professional. They provide water, coffee, and simple snacks while you wait. They also give a car wash token with any servicing, but you have to drive to one of four car wash centers (nearest one is about 1 mile away). I'd have given a 5 star rating if they finished in under an hour (since other places have in the past) and if I was informed in advance of a miscellaneous shop supplies fee. Good experience nonetheless. If in Fort Myers area, I recommend going there - I think it's best to make an appointment first. Good luck.

      I researched prices online, submitted an online form inquiring about a vehicle. Ben Saso responded within a very short period of time, answered my questions and I set up an appointment for the following day. We went to the dealership to meet with Ben. He was an awesome sales person, patient, personable and worked with us to secure a great deal on an upgraded vehicle. We couldn't be happier. No Regrets

      It's hard to imagine that someone who is willing to pay $725 a month for 72 months to purchase a minivan (even a decked out one) could leave without being close to a deal. In the hour and a half after we had decided to purchase the vehicle, we were presented with two offers. The first was so far over sticker price (yes, I have the ability to do math even when presented with just a payment) that I was insulted and asked for the keys to my trade in back. The second offer which came with the keys to my current vehicle, was the same price, only extended over a longer term. But to get this "special price" I would be "required" to purchase gap insurance and an extended warranty. The math worked out to financing $51,500 on a van that has a sticker of $44,000 and $5500 in rebates and incentives. In case you are wondering, yes, I owe a little more on my trade than its worth (about $4500), but that still doesn't account for trying to charge $7500 over the sticker price, not including the rebates. I wasted an entire day. If you are willing to sit through hours of negotiation to get a fair price, then this might be the place to shop. Or maybe they are so worried about Billy Bigmouth that they try to make as much money as humanly possible on every customer who passes through. Either way, they won't be getting my business or that of anyone I know at any of their dealerships. This included the manager chasing me outside, yelling at me to "at least give me a chance." I did. You treated me like a rube who didn't have the ability to do math, have access to the internet or use of a calculator. It was insulting.

      Just got the new 2020 Telluride and had the best experience. My husband and I worked with Lamarr Green and he was professional, friendly and got us into the perfect family vehicle we needed for our growing family!       Talked with Tracy (manager) about all the issues with the alfa romeo stelvio about a week and a half ago. We were the 1st Alfa Romeo sold out of the dealership. It has been a nightmare experience since. Even the service guys told us they have never seen so many issues with a new car. We still are experiencing the same 1st issue (4 times in the service can't fix it). We even talked to Corporate Alfa for months they told us "just keep bringing to service when you have issues, that's all we can do for you". The only solution the dealer has offered us so far was put another 4k down and we can get you into another Alfa but your payment will be $100 more a month!!!! really!? She said the dealership's GM was going to call me last Friday, still waiting. The GM must have been to busy to call us back. I am starting to feel like they are dodging us. This is the second time the GM was going to call us, still no call. I have been loyal customer with Galeana for years and have purchased many vehicles with them, but no more after this last experience. I guess they are a typical dealer, tons of promises and no follow through. Super disappointed again. Our two sales guys (Ryan and Scott) were amazing and have tried to help us. I am changing my review from 3 stars to 1 stars. So much for caring about your customers. :( Unfortunately we have 1 1/2 years left on this lease and I'm sure we will have this car in service alot more.

      We got to Galeana Fort Myers to shop for a car and a very nice gentleman, Mr. Ted Cole helped us through the whole process ... he was so patient (even more patient than my husband was). No pressure, understood my needs and budget and he found the best option for me and family !!! I am driving a 2018 Jeep Cherokke home today !!!
