  Gail and her Team were terrific. We had to close our mortgage in < 15 days, or we'd lose our deposit. Gauls and her Team came thru, and we closed in 14 days. We would highly recommend Gail for your mortgage needs!

  All the team at Towne Bank mortgage have been great to work with. The process and ease of getting a construction loan and converting it to a conventional mortgage went smoothly and all the "moving parts" were handled with a focus of minimizing stress levels for my life and high. I highly recommend using them before considering working with a loan institution with no physical presence in the community. These folks are great. My heartfelt thanks to the whole team!
