  Samantha Hilton was an absolute godsend to me, she helped me deal with my loan company in another state and got my statement sorted out for him, nothing was too much trouble for her, She was pleasantly patient with me and her attitude made me feel very comfortable in a situation I would normally have been very nervous. She helped me set up my on line account that had given me enormous difficulty in the passed, I am so very grateful to Samantha for all her help. She was a pleasure to sit and talk with as she showed me how to use my on line account. I have had a wonderful experience with Samantha helping me. Thank you so much Samantha you are an angel .

  Mrs. Samantha Hilton was above and beyond with her service both times I visited the 1st Advantage branch in New Town. She was very kind, polite, helpful and knowledgeable about my transactions and concerns. 5 stars is not enough, so I give her 10!

  My husband and I recently moved to Williamsburg and wanted to set up banking accounts as soon as possible. Everything about our experience at 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union was positive.   This small town bank is THE WORST. Their employees are NOT trained on basic services like estate account setup or how to handle error messages received from the "Pay People" web site feature. Calls for online banking support typically take 30 minutes to over 1 hours just to get in touch w/ a live person. When a question is too tough for a customer service person, they simply transfer you and make you wait more time until you get fed up and just hang up. Holds are placed on "Pay People" profiles w/ NO details regarding the reason why the hold was required. Just about every interaction w/ this bank was time-consuming and frustrating. I was supposed to get paper checks with my checking account which never came. I will be moving my funds as soon as I can. Don't waste your time with this bank...

  I am a long-time owner of a retail business that neighbors 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union. Although not a member of this Credit Union, I attempted to get ones for change. The bank manager said receiving change was a "perk" and would not accommodate my request. A short sighted and un-neighborly policy? Try BayPort ....much friendlier.
