  FTL Finance is amazing. I appreciate their professionalism as well as the Contractor "Good Healper's heating cooling that actually handled all the work installing the equipment. I would recomment both FTL Finance and their contractor Good Helper's Heating and Cooling to everyone. It is always easy to complain in Today's environment, yet it is equally important to acknowledge outstanding Customer Service experiences.   I was impressed with the helpfulness and short process to getting set up to offer financing to our customers. Cara was very informative and explained everything clearly and took time to answer all questions with details to have better understanding. Providing Great customer service experience Is a must have for any company to be successful and Cara exceeded my expectations!

  Initially I was not having great response not from FTL but the company whom I first came in contact with to get the FTL loan...of course we can and will blame the Covid pandemic! Amidst everything though 1 representative made a huge difference. Even though she was out because she was sick, she followed up with me until I got taken care of. Her name is Cynthia. I applaud the great customer service she provided as well as Maye. Maye and I played phone tag for weeks. Great team effort and very much satisfied customer. FTL these two are keepers! Keep going ladies! Stay safe and bless you all!

  I was happily paying my loan, and CoVid 19 happened. FTL worked with me, and reached out to me with an email, and I called and worked out a suitable payment plan, and they THANKFULLY DIDN’T RUIN MY CREDIT, that I have so carefully being building for 10 years over a few months of pandemic. I’m very grateful to the recovery lady, her kind words of empathy and understanding just made me WANT TO PAY my loan. THANK YOU FTL FOR WORKING WITH THE LITTLE GUY!

  NEED A SCAM IN YOUR LIFE? WELL THIS COMPANY IS FOR YOU THEN!! I have the same issue as all other reviews. I bought a house and come to find out the heater was leaking natural gas and unrepairable. Being short on cash from the down payment I decided a loan would be a good option. Well if it was like other loans and not a scam! They do not make it easy for you to pay online. They charged me half my loan amount in "finance charge" plus I still have a high interest on a lone less than $1500. Oh, and after you finally figure out how to get online they don't show you the amount still pending on account. I will never use these people again. I rather live with no heater. How the contract is written it looks like that the finance charges would be the interest accrued after the 60 months financing not upfront plus interest.
