Bradley Langenberg1When Venmo erroneously drew from FSUCU for a week, it took 10 transactions for FSUCU to call me and inform me of the $320 charges for overdraft. That is not cool. If you talk to them long enough on the phone, they will give a "Courtesy" refund of only a quarter of the charges. If you keep pressing, they will give you a another "Courtesy" quarter back. Why have outrageous charges and no clear policy of application?

Hannah George2Consistently the slowest drive thru bank service I’ve ever experienced. I used to work in a bank so I know it’s not a fast process but I also know it should take 20-30 mins each time. This time, I arrived 10 mins before they closed at 5:50pm coming straight from work and was third or fourth in line. Waited until 5:30pm to get to the front. A teller never talk to me even though they were working on the person in the line next to me. Never said “hey sorry we’re closed” or anything. I repeatedly called for service and never got anything from them. So I’m assuming they just didn’t want to help anyone else and closed up. I waited until 5:35pm but never heard anything. The only reason this is two stars is because the employees are always nice but this experience was handled so horribly with how they didn’t even bother to talk to me or the people behind me that also got in line before closing.

Destiny and Bella's Daddy5Angela Chrisinger provided the BEST Customer Service for me today! I needed a letter for a paid account; an account closed due to another one I opened and an Autopay set up on the new account. All were completed quickly and with such a friendly, professional attitude it was refreshing and wonderful! Thanks again Angela! Keep up the Good Work!

Lefty Left key1I have to wait until Monday to get my money because their 'forgot password?' service is literal trash. The customer service is a disgrace to be considered a subsidiary of FSU and the website must've been ran people who do not understand the concept of User-friendly interface. I cannot count the times I have been patient with this business for the simplest of tasks. Do not deposit your money here.
