  My wife and I worked with Greg at Guaranteed Rate after shopping around for the best place to get a Mortgage. Greg and his team were extremely helpful during such a large part of our lives. They were very clear about expectations and communicated details of each document we had to review and sign. We used the flash closing tool to review and sign documents before closing. On closing day Greg was at closing to answer any questions and give us peace of mind through the whole process.

  Greg and his team were fantastic. We locked in a 30yr conventional at 2.625%. We came to them with an aggressive timeline. Starting on December 14th with a target of closing on December 30th. Their team was extremely responsive and communicated clearly throughout the process. They answered all questions that we asked and assisted when required. We were given the Clear to Close on December 24th! Closing ended up occurring on December 31st due to non-lending related circumstances. I would highly recommend engaging with Greg and Guaranteed Rate if you are in the market for loan services.
