  I visited the Lewisville Branch today, on Main Street, I had a personal banking question to ask. Although, I'm not a customer (yet) I really appreciate how kind AND professional Lexie was! Lexie was very attentive to me, and so nice, she even gave my baby boy a lollipop! 😀

  I opened a business account at this Frost location. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and overall, Frost has been great.

  I just finished my deposit and now drinking a coffee that staff made for me. I didn't expect them to be nice in this place, but they were very polite and kind. I felt like I was in cafe because I felt so relaxed from its interior, mood, and kind staff.

  Not location specific... Terrible bank, no atms and banks (super sporadic or concentrated so its and very difficult to retrieve or deposit funds with no fees, they steal money, overdraft protection doesnt exist because they reset your charges and rearrange them to where you somehow end up negative even though you’ve had money.

  Not sure why last reviewer couldn't find the branch. As on 4/12/2017 the branch is right where Google maps has it on the map in downtown Lewisville. Very pleased with the banks professionalism and service.

  There is NO BANK HERE!! Wasted 20 minutes trying to find one. Stop lying about Frost locations that don't exist.
