  BEWARE I sent in a cancelation letter Jan 2019 for our credit card processing. For four months, they continued to withdraw random amounts of money. We ended up having to close our business account, because they had withdrawn hundreds of dollars. I get a call in Aug from the collections department who is the actual processor and they say we owe them hundreds plus late fees. I reached out to Lisa who said she would send over our cancelation info to the collection rep, but she never did and now she won't return calls. Getting my lawyer involved now and contacting BBB.

  I received an unprofessional call today from this company. He did not immediately identify himself or his company. He asked if I took credit cards on a large item that I sell. When I said no, he replied, “Wow. That was fast.” He proceeded to describe what he called a plan that collected only 0.25% credit card transaction rates with free equipment, no monthly minimum, no contract, a month-to-month relationship “as it should be”, and no further surcharges. And, someone would be in my city to show me the plan tomorrow. Would I be available? When I said that that was impossible, he replied that they make $.12 on every $100 and are in it for the long-haul. I said you cannot make money that way. I told him that I’ve been in retail business for 40 years. He replied, “Well, if we show you it in black-and-white, you would have to believe me—right?“ When I replied, “No,” he hung up on me. I would not recommend ever doing business with someone that made calls like this. This has to be a scam. A credit card company has access to your bank account information. They could steal every bit of the transaction amount. If they promise you the moon, it is always too good to be true. Don’t fall for it!!!!!!

  Called my office and asked if we accepted credit cards. I said yes, then he asked to talk to my boss. I told him my boss was not in the office, and he asked when is a good time to call him. I told him my boss is always out on job sites, checking on progress and on his crews. I started to ask if he wanted to leave a number, but he just hung up on me. Now that I've read all these negative reviews, I'll be sure that we DO NOT do business with Lonestar Bankcards.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had nothing but trouble the entire time I used their services. Now I can not get them to cancel my account. They never answer the phone and they have changed their fax machine number so I can not get in contact with them. When I actually did get a hold of them they promised to take care of it and call me back and they never call back and they are still debiting my account even though they provide me with no services. DO NOT USE THEM!

  Just called and hung up 3 times and on the 4th time finally someone said do you take credit cards.? Didn't even identify who they were or who they were with. And then when I said I didn't need a credit card machine, they just hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional salesman. Deserves --- STARS!

  Rude! Called and asked if we took credit cards. Wanted to speak to the owner. Hung up on me when I attempted to ascertain why he was calling and if I could help in anyway. Tried calling back the number he called from, all three times the number was busy. Work on your pr skills sir.

  very unprofessional, one star because it was required, should be no star, they don't even deserve a blue sticker for participation, perhaps a black mark for bothering people on the phone

  Brad called when I said I was happy with my merchant services hung up phone.
