  This was my second home purchase with Front Range Lending. Alex and Kris are a great team. They make the mortgage experience straightforward and are always available for questions. Alex calls weekly for updates during the process and really knows his stuff. His communication with my realtor and with the sellers’ realtor made everything go smoothly and efficiently.   Outstanding experience, 100% recommend Front Range Lending. Alex helped my husband and I refinance our home and kept us very well informed every step of the way, he truly cares about his clients and makes sure they achieve their goal. We explained what we were hoping to achieve throughout the refinance process and the importance of our goal. Alex made all of it possible and much more. We were able to not just lower our rate and pay off our debt but on top of that... lower our payment, get into a conventional loan and remove the PMI. Now my husband and I are debt free, our credit scores are an excellent shape and we are able to save so much money monthly that will help us achieve another big goal we have...   I've been through more than a dozen home purchases and refi's in my life. Alex and team provided the very best experience I have ever had. Weekly updates, regular contact about closing concerns and even help solving a title issue from a very old / out of business lender with the county recorder. If I buy or refi anything else, Alex will be my first stop. Highly recommend.
