  I suppose some people refinance every ten minutes for one reason or another, but I'm not one of those. So when I decided to refinance for a very specific reason, I did not have a deep bench of brokers to call. I don't remember how I landed on Garrick's website, but I left a random message just in case. This turns out to have been one of the best pieces of random luck I have had. He was great to communicate with, explained options without the usual fake buzz of urgency, and answered my questions with experienced insight and good humor. Moreover, he got me an amazing rate with terrific terms while his competition was trying to bluff me into points I didn't need to pay and generally costs that were significantly higher than they needed to be. Garrick is a treasure. Highly recommended.

  We had the pleasure of working with Garrick to fund our recent house purchase.   As a real estate agent, I've been working with Garrick for a while now and so when my wife and I decided to refi/eliminate our HELOC on our house, we thought Garrick and Fresh Home Loan would be the perfect choice. It's a given that Garrick knows how to make people feel comfortable and relaxed, but what I really like is that he listens to your situation and then helps you craft a solution. He's direct and helps you understand what the numbers really are, not all the teaser rates you'll see on the internet. Also, he's not trying to sell you whatever happens to be best for him, which is very refreshing. Bonus is that his assistant, Lucy, is both professional and efficient/pleasant to work with as well. Once you begin the process, there's a platform used to enter all of your data/docs that helps ensure that everything is done and moving along. The other thing to remember is that something always goes off-kilter with mortgages and real estate. How does your professional deal with it? My experience with Garrick and Lucy is that they work hard and fix problems, not just tell you what's wrong and let you struggle and stress about it.   I highly recommend Garrick and Lucy. They were the one lender that could promise to meet the seller's need for a 21 day close. They not only lived up to that promise, they made the process exceptionally smooth despite the rush. Good people!

  Have worked with Garrick and his team on two loans (purchase and a refinance). Both experiences have been great. Without question they offer the best rates, which is primary of course. But they’ve also been very helpful and knowledgeable with navigating my complex file and situation.
