Been a member for a few years now called bank to give them permission to allow my grown son to get me a money order for my rent because I am home sick in the bed and the Manager flatvout said no. To me thats horrible customer service when your customer is in need and you can't meet there needs. Not only that he is allowed to put money into my account but can't take it out in money order form. I shall keep my eyes open for another credit union thats willing to go beyond for their customers.
