  they are absolutely a scam. They claim to be a pro veteran company. I am 100% disabled veteran that has lost the use of his knees being injured in the line of duty. Because I get paid at the end of the month they refuse to help me by switching my due date from the 1st to the 31st. This makes my mortgage 30 days late as well as giving the company an extra 75 dollars of late fees. They offer zero help or solutions to this problem. I can not work and live of limited income. Buyer beware. All veterans stay away. They are not veteran friendly at all.

  Mike Tramonti was very knowledgeable, professional, and kept us fully informed. He communicated with me and my buyers agent to make this process extremely easy. We closed about a month ago and while we were househunting we managed to get into three different bidding wars. We were, and had to be, in constant contact and had to make split second changes and strategies. This is the kind of service that a home buyer needs to make such an important purchase.

  they incorrectly assessed and paid my previous real estate taxes leaving them to reflect DELINQUENT. They then raised my mortgage $400 and explained taxes went up $3k which is INCORRECT (it is because they are past due from last year and will not pay). They have refused to pay the past due amount continuing the delinquency cycle and still collecting an extra $400 from me monthly meanwhile im accruing interest and fees at my assessors office. FRAUD! I can EASILY manage my bills on my own without this headache and scam! I have contacted my attorney and Better Business Bureau

  Jonathan is a down to earth person who can translate the confusion of home buying into terms an average joe shmo like myself can understand. He is quick to respond to ANY questions you have. I was so scared and co fused about the buying process. I had been told by friends who had bought homes that it would be the most stressful time of my life. Now that its over, I think those friends just had the wrong help. I couldnt be happier with Jonathan and will definately refer him to any home buyers I know. Awesome awesome awesome person!!!!

  Awful mortgage servicer - loses payments on the regular, not responsive, website absolute garbage. They do get an extra star for not leaking personal information - as far as we know.

  Horrible customer service, all promises were broken ! The refinance process is a complete joke ! worse mortgage company I've ever had to deal with hands down. I DO NOT recommend !
