  From start to finish I had an amazing experience at this dealership. Nathan was absolutely phenomenal. I told him what I wanted and he let me check out a few cars. There was ZERO pressure to purchase. A newly certified used IS 250 pulled in to the lot while sitting with Nathan discussing the 2018 IS 300, and he immediately encouraged checking it out. He deterred me slightly from the 2018 (thank goodness lol). I checked out the 250 and instantly knew it was the car I needed. Nathan was precise and professional. I officially purchased this beauty with the assistance of Seth, whom was very patient while I changed my mind several times regarding warranties and other details. Stephanie was awesome in taking my photo with the car and making the experience very special. She showed me all the features of the car. Everyone at this dealership had a smile on their face and it was so refreshing to not be around pushy salesmen. I will forever be buying Lexus and will ONLY go to Lexus of Warwick.

  Hal our salesman was great. He truly did sell the car to us with so much of his knowledge! We had been to another Lexus dealership in MA but the Lexus of Warwick and Hal far outsold the other dealership. From start until we picked up our brand new GS 350 Sport was a seamless transition. Very happy with our purchase!

  I had received a safety recall notice in the mail, and shortly after had began smelling petrol. Lexus of Warwick was the closest dealer in my travels, and I had ordered some performance upgrades thru them in the past, so I quickly contacted them, and was scheduled an appointment for service and parts ordered right away. My Service Specialist Talisa, was very prompt at scheduling the work and answered all my questions and concerns. I am a mechanic and race cars and motorcycles, and am a fabricator and mechanic by trade, and I am very particular about who I trust to work on my vehicles if and when I am not. The entire staff is very professional, courteous and no attitude which I've experienced at other makes and dealerships. When arriving to my appointment Miss Albanese was very friendly and pleasant and made me feel like I was part of the Lexus Family. Great coffee while I waited and outstanding staff, I would go out of my way to visit this dealership again if I have any needs or parts or upgrades. My IS350 runs like a dream again, thanks to all of the staff and Talisa. Be well, ShawnÖ

  The entire staff at Lexus of Warwick was very professional and courteous. Randy Pugh was great! He was well informed on each vehicle and was able to help my find just the car I was looking for.   I took my suv in for service for the first time and this was the best experience that I’ve ever had at a dealership. Everyone was genuinely nice and it only took about an hour which I was very pleased with! Shout out to Ryan in the service department! He was wonderful!

  Kudos to Ray West at Lexus of Warwick!! This dealership is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, talented salesperson on their staff. Ray walks the talk of Lexus’ commitment to customer service. Buying a car online can be daunting, requiring the buyer to have total trust and integrity of the salesperson. Ray possesses those qualities and more. His insightful understanding of a customer needs, along with his caring and treatment of each customer as a true individual is unlike any salesperson I experienced. Arriving at the dealership, we were welcomed by Ray then shown to our car sporting a red bow on its rooftop and parked on a red carpet. This Lexus certified used car looked like it belonged in the new car showroom. On the dealerships website, Ray earned his title as Master Certified Sales Consultant. This was one reason that I contacted him. Luckily, I did. He has won me over as a loyal customer for future purchases. Thank you, Ray.

  This is my seventh Lexus RX! It is safe to say that I love this brand and this car! I have worked with Ray West on each car. He makes the car buying process very easy...he is the best! The entire Lexus team is great!
