  This team is fantastic. I’ve seen a couple of the homes that have been remodeled, and they’re beautiful! The company works around the clock to always give their tenants an amazing experience. If you haven’t already checked them out, you should do it ASAP!

  They failed the meet terms of their own contracts, and didn't return my calls asking for updates for weeks. When I tried to move on to another buyer for my home, Luke threatened to sue me. They are unethical and litigious, and I would not recommend working with them.

  Robert, there were title issues on your property which prevented us from closing on it in the specified time frame. Our internal team spent time and money to resolve and we were able to close as agreed. It weas great workong with you and we wish you al the luck on your future endeavors.

  Our experience with Luke and his team exceeded our grandest expectations. He was responsive in setting a meeting and walk through of our property within 24 hours of our preliminary contact. He came prepared and asked relevant questions about our experience with the property. He was decisive and make a proposal expediently. With our agreement, Luke drafted a contract and we proceeded to closing in about 7 days. (All of our title, deed, and legal information was in order. It could take a bit longer depending upon the status of property ownership.) I can honestly recommend Freedom House Buyer with my highest confidence.

  After setting up the initial appointment with Freedom Home Builders, Luke Florian arrived. He was professional and courteous. He was sympathetic to the difficulty I was having selling my childhood home. He made me feel comfortable and offered assistance as needed through the process, as I have never previously sold property. He took time to explain everything. He was thoughtful and I appreciated it. Other companies had come to see the house and quickly viewed the home and left. So Freedom Home Builders showed they are personable and understanding. That is important. During the process they offered assistance as promised. This allowed me to meet the staff and they were professional, hard working and handled my property carefully. I also feel that while working on the house they will be thoughtful to my neighbors. My total experience with Freedom Home builders was excellent. I highly recommend this company. I feel lucky we connected at this time in my life and I highly recommend Freedom Home Builders.

  I’ve worked closely with Freedom and seen excellent workmanship, responsiveness, and professionalism. When I have a question or client that needs anything done pertaining to a home he is the man we call! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and savvy in his industry. I can’t recommend him highly enough. If you are looking for a new home or a rental call them ASAP!!!!!

  My recent experience with Luke and Freedom House Buyers was nothing less than superb. Luke is extremely personable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He is a master in his craft, has an eye for perfection and is an absolute delight to work with.   Ive known Luke for a few years now doing carpentry work on his houses and rentals. Hes a great guy to do business with very professional and down to earth. Lets face it at the end of the day when your looking to sell your home you want someone with those traits. If you're looking to sell go with Freedom House Buyer you will not be disappointed.
