  Poor security. Lets you register an email address without verification, and immediately starts sending a ton of private/sensitive information. I don't use this bank, but have enough details to take over this poor person's account. I had called customer service, and asked them to remove my email address... however received yet another email with sensitive information this morning!

  This institution is by far the worst bank i have ever had the displeasure to work with in my life. The automated service will not allow me to set up a new card after I had to have a replacement issued, of course they will not allow you inside to correct the issue but then you spend 43 minutes on the phone with the 800 number for them to tell you that you have to speak to the bank directly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BANK!!!!

  The tellers are pleasant, polite, and professional. When I've had to report stolen cards or unauthorized transactions, they have been quick, communicative and thorough.

  After being turned away for not having an appointment at Wells Fargo, Spencer was a HUGE help getting some urgent documents notarized. Thank you for saving my day!

  Do not bank with this company. They will steal from you every moment they get and refuse to help you during a global pandemic when it’s the banks fault. Get an account somewhere else, worst bank I’ve ever made the mistake of banking with. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
