  God I hate this bank. You could have at least more than two people working in there when you sit in line for the drive-thru for a half an hour it's no better if you go in.

Unfortunately, we continue to have staffing issues due to the pandemic and are doing the best we can to continue to serve our members without having to close branches. We encourage our members to take advantage of our online and mobile banking services.

  I love Freedom Credit Union and have been doing all of my business with them for over 20 years. The staff is always kind and courteous and they have always gone out of their way to help me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great bank .

  I've been to several different freedom credit unions in the area and this one is terrible. The woman working the drive thru is not only rude and lacks customer service skills but it takes her at the least 15-20 minutes to take care of ONE car. I understand that covid is changing everything and the lobby not being open may cause a disruption in service but I've had no trouble at the Ludlow or Springfield one. It has nothing to do with covid, but has everything to do with the person they have running the drive thru. She is not efficient and takes her time and leaves people waiting. I was hoping when I went today my experience would be different but it was the same woman and same experience. It took her 20 minutes just to deposit my paycheck when it only takes 5 minutes at the most at the ludlow and Springfield one. I highly recommend driving the extra few minutes to a different location for a better experience and better customer service!

While our lobbies are back open for limited hours and for more complex transactions, many of our members still feel more comfortable using our drive up and some may have time consuming transactions.   The drive thru takes forever,over 10mins per car its ridiculous,chicopee branch

  Hello. We apologize that transactions are taking a long time at this branch. Because our lobbies remain closed through this pandemic, ALL transactions and other account services are being conducted at the drive ups, which may mean longer wait times. When we see a line forming, we do ask a member get out of line and come back around if their transaction is a lengthy one. We appreciate your patience as we work through a plan to reopen our lobbies.
