  My sister and I worked with Fred on a closing with a tight turn around. In this market, we were so glad that he was able to get everything done in 15 days! He was always responsive and available to answer our questions and made sure all the t's were crossed and the i's were dotted. Smooth and professional transaction.   I first met Fred when we were in the evening MBA program at UGA, so I had an existing connection. When I saw Fred was moving into the mortgage industry, I knew he would put as much passion into helping people as he does with everything else in life. My husband and I were looking to move to a 15 year mortgage for a 30 year and reached out to Fred. It was a great experience. Fred was up front and talked through the numbers. He was willing to hear feedback from our existing bank lender and negotiate us a great deal. And I love that he honored our goals and didn’t push us to pull money out of the house.
