  I had a wonderful experience recently at Fred Beans Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Growing up my dream car was a Jeep Wrangler. Herb Lottier, my representative, ensured that he would help me find my dream car. Herb spoke with my parents and I about what features were most important to me in a Jeep and found exactly what I was looking for. Originally, I thought I wanted a Wrangler soft top, so Herb spent his whole day with my parents and I test driving and looking into soft top Wranglers. Later, I completely changed my mind and decided to go for a hard top last minute (which meant more time searching). I really appreciate the hard work and time Herb spent searching for the best Jeep for me. Herb was very friendly, determined, gave great Jeep advice and was very patient with my swaying decisions. Herb answered all of my and my parents questions and worked with our time schedule. Herb, the managers, and the staff at Fred Beans Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram were great. Thank you Herb for helping me find my dream Jeep and making it a great experience! I highly recommend this location to anyone searching for a car.   Did not buy my 2018 Jeep Rubicon JLU from Fred Beans but looking for a good service department. 1st time there and they took care of a recall and inspection. Jimmy was our service mgr and was great! Looking forward to working with them again.

  We just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Fred Beans Jeep in Doylestown. William K. was terrific to deal with and made sure we were happy. This was a great experience. It is so nice to deal with a car dealership where you are treated with courtesy and respect and without the usual games. Beans and William K. get an A++.

  Bought my car the other week. Took it for a scheduled test drive- the sales guy didn't have all the info on hand on the car on hand or researched. Ex: told me it didn't have power mirrors. Pushed them around to get them adjusted to find out after I bought it, they were power mirrors. In discussing other info about the type of car (previous research I did), he blew it off like I didn't know what I was talking about. Had the help of a vehicle partner to handle the haggling. Got them down in price, but conveniently we were told twice on the same day that two different people put deposits down on the car- Both, surprisingly enough, fell through. 😑Agreed to buy the car. Put a down payment down. Made an appointment to buy the car. It was supposed to be detailed the Friday before I bought it. It wasn't finished detailing twenty minutes into my appointment. And guess what? My detailed car had the address and insurance info of the previous owner, as well as someone's (still valid) credit card in it. Glad they thoroughly emptied it out 😂 Then had to wait an extra 45 mins because some other guy I didn't even meet was busy- guess appointments here are like Dr appts. Get all paper work filled out, talk about warranties- refused to haggle on prices, explained the warranties poorly. The only two things I liked about this place were that they had my car, and their rewards program. Otherwise they are just your typical car buying experience. I'd rate my experience, at best, as average.

  I had a great experience at Fred Beans Chrysler Jeep Ram. Ryan Archibald was wonderful in helping me find my next Jeep. He allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles and was patient with me through the whole process. I would highly recommend this dealership when buying a new car!

  A few days after Fred Beans inspected my car for a warranty issue, I was changing the oil and immediately saw that my lower engine cover was missing. Its a huge piece that is held on by a dozen or so bolts. I called them up to ask where it was, and after being transferred a few times, the initially skeptical person on the phone realized it was there, they apologized and said they would install it when I returned to have a sensor replaced. When I returned I specifically told them to make sure it is replaced with all the bolts, They again apologized and said they would make sure and mentioned their survey for the fourth time asking if there was anything that would make me not give them a high rating. Today when changing the oil again I see that they have forgotten to install one of the bolts allowing the cover to hang down and become torn and shredded by the wind on my brand new car. I can only assume that the mechanics incompetence is surpassed by that of management resulting in damage to my new car. I would recommend staying away from this dealership.

  I have been a Beans customer for over 15 years. Their service is outstanding. I use the shuttle to go to work after I drop my car off. I have never had bad service, they are always polite, on time and very informative when answering my service related questions. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
