  Franny has helped us a lot during our re-financing process. Actually, this is the 2nd times that we re-financing with Franny. Last time, it was on July '19. Franny has earned our trust and respect from the first time that we worked with her. Due to the COVID-19 shelter in place restriction, we won't able to work with Franny face-to-face at her office anymore. However, Franny always kept us updated for the status and progress. Franny is so dedicated, thoughtful, and patience with us. She played an excellent role as the communication bridge between Lender and us. Franny helped us to understood concerns the Lender has and what to do to eliminate these concerns.
