      Hello, I wish to commend and thank Cody Root for a wonderful & stress-free car buying experience. Last Saturday, I was fortunate enough to purchase a car and it has been over 10 years since my last car purchase. I do remember my previous experience (not an Audi) and it was highly intense. Cody was knowledgeable, kind, and patient down to the last detail. Prior to driving away he even helped me with all of the electronic settings in my car.       We purchased at A7 in October of 2015. After looking for a month, we found that the Stevens Creek Audi had the exact vehicle that we wanted. Although the sales experience was poor at the beginning, we worked with Andre (online) and he was great! We purchased the warranty and the service package. The car has 20k miles on it and it has been serviced at the dealership. During the service in February 2017, the car was damage on the right rear quarter panel. If you have ever seen how they park cars on the lot, it is no wonder. It took 6 months, to get this resolved with management due to the constant management changes at the dealership. The car was finally repaired in September, which they has the vehicle for 5 weeks. Then when we finally got the car back the auto body shop did not properly buff the car. So it needed to be detailed, of course Audi did this internally. When they could not complete the detail, they put the wet floor mats in the trunk of the car, which created a mildew smells in the car. So the car, need an additional detail to correct their poor detail. They agreed to pay the 3rd party detail shop that we choose. During the process, I asked if they work with Campbell Auto Tint & Polish. Eric Christy, the Service Manager, stated no. But when we arrived at Campbell Auto Tint & Polish, they said they are billing Audi directly as they always do. Just a little surprised, so I checked my email to make sure that I did not misunderstand the email and in fact it clearly states we do not work with them. Our next service appointment was 3/14. When we dropped off the vehicle we walked the vehicle with the driveway staff. When we picked up the vehicle, I walked the vehicle with Igor, our Service Advisor. Igor took a picture of the damage and said that he would forward it Eric Christy. A week went by and we have hear nothing in regards to the damage on the vehicle. There is clear paint transfer, that was not there when we dropped of the vehicle, nor was it noted. Yesterday we inquired to how the bumper scratches were going to be resolved, and this morning receive a email from Eric Christy. The email state that they are refusing our business and we can go elsewhere to service the car. Very interesting.....where is the accountability? Because you pack the cars too tight on your lot and create damage, it's our fault. Note: The surveys that Audi sends out directly effect the dealership and the service advisor. With that said we have always given them 100%, even though we have had these experiences. In the notes I have comments on what the issues were. Awaiting a response, as we pre-paid for service at the time of purchase and now if you are refusing to assist us, I am expecting a FULL REFUND.

      After moving to Walnut Creek I decided to give Audi Concord a try. After some conversation, I realized that I would rather pay a higher price (not that I did) and drive an extra hour to Stevens Creek Audi. I walked in and made the deal within minutes. This is now my second time purchasing a vehicle from Andrei and Tenzen, and I honestly can’t imagine purchasing a car from anyone else. These guys have decoded the understanding of customer relationships and provides value in the most respectable way. There’s a reason why Stevens creek Audi is the best Audi. Much respect.

      Over the Memorial Weekend, we just purchased our first Audi at the dealership. With the great help from Cassandra Crawford, the whole process was very smooth and pleasant.       I had visited a couple dealerships in the area before making my way to Audi Stevens Creek, and I had a great a experience. I spoke with Emane over the phone before arriving and he helped me test drive a specific car I was interested in. I thought I had done quite a bit of research on my own but Emane knew a lot more about the car than I had previously discovered. Emane also knew how to really show off the features of the car. He took us on the highway a couple of times so we could feel the performance of the car, and he knew how to show off the features like lane keep assist and adaptive cruise control. He made the experience really enjoyable and fun! I never felt any pressure to buy or talk numbers and felt comfortable the entire time. Emane was patient and helpful through the negotiation and buying process, and helped me set up my new car. The purchase process was straightforward and, what I felt, honest. They showed what similar cars sell for in the area, compared that to the MSRP and purchase price, and used those factors to come up with an offer price. Wayne was also very helpful in the finance process and made sure we could get the best deals possible. He explained the different warranties, why one would want one, and offered suggestions on what to take. I never felt pressured to buy any particular warranty and he didn't ask again when I rejected, though I did end up buying one and will probably extend the factory warranty based off the points Wayne provided. Overall I really enjoyed this dealership and the staff. I would recommend Audi Stevens Creek to anyone looking to try or buy a car.

      Can-do, friendly & helpful. I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Stevens Creek Audi! Cassandra Crawford & her assistant Mikayla were both absolutely fantastic. Super knowledgeable and were there to help me without pressuring me in any way. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better day with them and was ecstatic to drive away in my brand new A3 Cabriolet to cap off the day!

      I wish I could go negative. I have an audi Q7 2012 model. Every 5000 miles we go to the dealer to top off oil. This time they put oil in the coolant tank, when my wife took it there. I somehow figured this out on a saturday, rushed to the dealer and explained everything to the person standing outside (didn't take his name) , he took my car, agreed to get the coolant flushed, took pictures of the car and gave us a loaner. We waited for 6 days and there was no call from them. I tried calling them for 2 days straight and was told that someone would call me back. Eventually someone texts saying that for $215 they will diagnose the problem. From here the fun starts, again call them few more times and finally got hold of an advisor. I really wanted to speak to manager but no chance. This lady talked nice and told me that they needed proof and will watch the video and get back on a monday (after 10 days). Of course they didn't call me, my wife went there and finally they watched video and figured out its their fault and flushed the coolant. What if they didn't have the video? We would be stuck paying heavily for this. 10 days of saga over a stupid mistake and which I had to struggle to get it covered. They returned with check engine light on and didn't even have the curtesy to check if the codes matched an existing problem on this Audi. I sent an email, again no response. If I had time to pursue I would but these guys don't get it on what service means. So far no one even apologized for what they did and how they made us run around to get it fixed. Atleast they should take this opportunity to train the staff to NOT put oil in cars, let owners do it or if they do it then do it properly. For now we will just sell this car and move on, don't want to waste time with this car and the service their dealers offer.

      Bob Slocum and Stevens Creek Audi have been exceptional to work with. I've purchased 3 cars from them, 2 were certified pre-owned Audis. They stand behind their cars and have provided excellent service. My A4 recently needed a major repair and technically the extended warranty had ended 2 weeks earlier. They repaired for free - just out of integrity. Very impressed!!
