  I just spoke with Tim at the Member Service Center. I am a Senior, and have "issues" with memory. I had lots of questions about my card, my account and fees. Tim was extremely patient, kind and helpful. I appreciated his help very much. Sometimes I feel that the level of Customer Service one receives these days is less than optimal, but - not today! Today I had a wonderful experience in speaking with Tim, and I am grateful for his friendly manner. Tim is a "keeper" ! Thanks, Tim! Kathleen

  I absolutely LOVE the Franklin Mint. My only issue with them was when I was in college and there was no shared service center near and I had to use a bank (ew). I was with them for my entire life. I recently closed my Sun East FCU account due to their abysmal customer service and failure to admit to their errors. Unlike them, the Franklin Mint usually catches errors they make before I do and they have called to let me know and APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. I've NEVER had a financial institution show that much class and self awareness. I'm not sure what is with all of the 1 star reviews because this credit union is great! Also a plus it has an A+ rating with the BBB despite never having sought accreditation. For reference, Sun East has an F.

  Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for FMFCU, I’ve been with this CU since I was a child and never had any negative experiences. Not the greatest interest rates, but I still love them!

  My mom went through Rick Ditizio for a pre approval for a home loan. He basically ghosted her. He had her submit all her information and said he get back with her shortly and never did. She kept emailing and calling him and he ignored her.He's a terrible loan officer. I'd never recommend him or Franklin mint to anyone. Luckily we found another excellent lender and she was able to get a home.

  This branch is overall okay BUT the customer service is terrible. Simply needed to update contact info and couldn't load the website on my end/having difficulties. The Rep had an attitude the entire time. I think she stated her name as Chekiah. Unsure of spelling. I had to hangup. May have been in the cardmember service department.

  Absolutely disgusting service. Account hit with fraud again. I no longer live in the area but kept my account because it was easier to transfer money and I had the account for over 6 years. I called customer service and they informed me they couldn't close me account over the phone(which I've done so before due to fraud). I was told to submit my information to the company email. I contacted the email on the 13 with two forms of ID. I was emailed back and told to fill out a form as well. I filled out the form and submitted it. I was then told in the next email to change my address and provide proof of address change. I emptied my account so they wouldn't have to mail me a check because their updated website wouldn't let me update my information. Then they tell me they can't do anything through email and I have to call. This is over two days of corresponding! At this point I'm convinced it's a scam. I gave them all the information they asked for and in the initial phone call proved my identity just to be told I'm not verified. So my Drivers License, Passport, Lease, knowledge about my account(all account numbers) and a phone call with me verifying my information in the beginning was not enough? I've worked in a bank for 3 years and never made someone keep an account their being stolen from open. I wish I could rate them less. Its truly appalling. Thank you Jennifer for wasting my time and keeping my frauded account open over an extra week. Run. There are plenty of other options that care about your safety.

  I had accidentally overdrawn my account. No letters, no phone calls, no emails, all of which they had. They moved right to a collection agency. Very disappointing. I would have gladly transferred the money in from my primary bank, FMFCU severed that connection for some reason.

  my account was closed over a year ago.. until this day I haven't received a letter..phone call nor email.. still no supervisor returned any of my calls. I called their corporate number which is the same number..I continue to get the run around..all I want is documents as to why my account was closed.and they want give me that.. disgusting

  Terrible customer service, you get different answers everytime plus an attitude which is really great.
