  I purchased a home in Nassau county last week and our mortgage loan officer was amazing, which made they whole transaction go smoothly. He was incredibly attentive and always stayed in contact by both e-mail and phone, and I received e-mails from all hours, which showed me how dedicated he was to my loan getting done properly. The process was pretty painless, and the loan rate, terms, and cost were great! You will not regret using Franklin First, they are fast, fair, and friendly. I have purchased and sold quite a few houses in my life, and without a doubt, my experience with Franklin First Financial Ltd. has been the best!

From the day we met to complete the application all the way till the closing there were no surprises along the way, and everything turned out exactly as promised.   Franklin First Financial made the mortgage process a smooth, easy, and pleasant experience. I purchased in Brooklyn and worked with Joseph Reizis and Lena Ivantsoca on my mortgage. They went above and beyond, making themselves available and hand holding every step of the way. I got a great rate, a prompt closing and was well-informed as they led me through the process – no surprises. I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to purchase or refinance.

  NEGATIVE STARS Todd Hassie, in the Tampa, FL office, was the ONLY one at Franklin First Financial who deserves a 5 star rating. The others in that location were not as accommodating, did not answer their phones or return calls. The NY main office was even worse! I was very pleased my loan was sold/transferred to Wells Fargo with whom I had dealt in the past.

  Mark Adams II was an excellent communicator. If I had any questions he was more than willing to respond and get me the answer. He diligently helped me find the lowest rate possible and worked hard to achieve my goals during this refinance. I do want to add a shout out for Jaime Shamis and David Plotsker. Jaime was incredibly helpful and was able to get me to an early closing. I thank the Franklin First team for all the attention and hard work that made this a pleasurable experience!

  Dave and Giulio at Franklin First were beyond amazing throughout the purchase of our home. We knew in the beginning that it would be a hard deal to close but they both assured me they would get it done. Regardless of the road blocks we hit a long the way, they never lost focus and got us to closing in a short time! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home!

  My wife and I, recently closed on our first official house together. Our loan was moved very quickly by JP Wigfall and his staff. In about 3 weeks his staff had our loan ready for closing. Throughout the process my wife and I were very nervous about the loan, we had been turned down in the past due to my credit, and I was still trying to fix my credit when we got preapproved. JP went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable with the loan process, including allowing us to call him almost daily with questions and concerns. On the days we didnt call him, he usually called us, just to give us updates, make sure we were ok and to reasure us the loan looked good still. Even now, after the close he is still keeping in touch to make sure everything is good. I cant tell you how much him taking the time to work with us and making the effort to show us that he not only cared about getting our buisness, but that we were ok too, meant to us. Any bank can give you a loan if they want to. JP went above that, he did what he could to get us the loan so we could get our beautiful home and also showed great care and customer support, something that is rare to find these days. I will definitely keep JP and Franklin First Financial in mind for ALL my future lending needs. Unbelievably good people.

  David Blumenthal walked us through the entire process that enabled us to close on our dream house just 11 weeks after our offer was accepted. He made himself available to any and all questions and concerns and streamlined the paperwork process. I highly recommend Franklin First. Ask for David, he tells it straight and lays out your options based on your specific financial and credit situation. THANK YOU!.

  I am sorry that Mr. Rogenstein did not have a good experience with Franklin First Financial. It is my understanding that the loan was a very difficult one to make because of cash advances taken as well as employment issues. I do agree however that no one should feel that they are not getting the attention they deserve and I apologize on behalf of Franklin First for that. We are not a company that is looking to close any loan at the expense of hurting a borrower and in your case that is exactly what we did. We did not close your loan because it did not make sense to you or us. We are sorry that your experience was not a good one. We pride ourselves on great personnnel and customer service.

  Franklin First Financials' complete lack of transparency with their clients is of which to leave a sour taste in one's mouth. With failing to do as their slogan says "Closing loans and building relationships", we did not close our loan. However, they did build a relationship, one that is based on lies and false promises of which they will never fulfill. If you value your time and money, save yourself the heartache and find a different bank. Unfortunately, for us we were not forewarned.
