  Horrible communication. Can rarely get a hold of our loan officer so we got passed onto another loan officer who had the same communication problems. We never knew if they received any of the documents we sent. They took $500 from us for an appraiser that didn't even service our area! We found that out after we researched the appraisal company they use, because the appraiser never set up an appointment. They have no clue what they're doing. I do not recommend this company!

  I was once told that buying a home was so stressful and frustrating. I am happy to report that my experience with Brian DID not fit that mold at all. My experience with the transaction was fun, detailed, very educational and with successful closing. And I am happy to report there was also a bunch of laughs along the way!   This was our 1st home purchase and Isaac and his team went above and beyond for my wife and I. Any questions we had, he or his team would answer nack within a couple of minutes or within the hour. The few times I called his office, I never went into a voicemail which just proves how dedicated he and his team are for their customers! Would recommend Isaac and his team to anyone looking for great and friendly bankers!!
