  I worked with Lisa Clour and her staff on a home Equity Loan and it went so smooth and stress free. The branch is close to my home and very welcoming. Jennifer Romano at corporate was excellent as she explained the requirements and process then followed through on all the steps as promised in a timely manner. I highly recommend Franklin Bank, it was much better than going through a large bank where you are just an account number.

  I drove 45min to your bank because your information says your open till 8pm!! I am beyond upset!! Not to mention you charge a $10 fee to cash a check from a person who has an account with you! A fee i understand but $10 is outrageous! Update your hours!
