He was honest about the condition of the vehicle he sold me and I’ve been a happy customer ever since. I’m even going back to get a car for my son because I know I can trust him and he’ll give me a great deal!

Lyt Mo2I bought a car here a month ago. The actual car transaction part was ok. But their overall service part needs a ton of improvement. There was a moment when John tried to strong arm me and say he had buyers lined up to buy it because he thought I was late for my apt to sign my paperwork. He neglected to read an email I sent him earlier that day letting him know I would be there the following day. When he realized that tactic would not work on me, he quickly apologized. When I picked up the car, I incorrectly had assumed they would clean and detail it. It smelled and there were ashes all over the floor. I had to have it detailed the next day at my expense of $100. Then I had to immediately buy two new tires. Now, a month later the DMV has no record of receiving the paperwork after I was assured they sent it off right away. Uber will not allow me to register the vehicle with them without it so now I’m losing money. I bought there because it was a long standing neighborhood car dealer and I like to buy local when I can. But here is a good example when it doesn’t always work out.

DDT _4CARFAX!!!. People it’s a “used” car dealership, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. You one star something because you didn’t have the common sense to see if there was meat on the tires? To turn the vehicle on, let it run, listen to the engine & look at the dashboard board after about ten minutes. They gotta eat to and if you allow them to do it off you, that’s On You. This dealership has 3 types of cars good/ better/ best. The good ones are exactly that, good for the time being. The better ones will get you through a couple years don’t spend more than 4K and with a good mechanic, common wear and tear is manageable. The best ones are cars that clearly fell in their laps doesn’t match the remaining inventory and they slap a 9k sticker on to reel the fish in. You can be on that plate with 🍚 & a side of 🥦 or you can do your homework.

Myiya Imani2While I did get a good deal on the vehicle, they did not do the full work up like they said they did. I was told they checked the car from bumper to bumper and that everything was in tip-top shape, however that was not the case. The TPMS light (tire pressure light) was going off from the moment I left the shop. When I called and asked they said it was because two of the caps were missing, however once I replaced the caps, the light still remained on. A couple of months after purchasing, the check engine light came on and when I called to make an appoint to get looked at (I was fully prepared to pay for any work that would potentially need to be done), they were very condescending and told me how they gave me a "great deal" on the car and that I can't just expect them to give me "another break" on the vehicle, although I never suggested/asked such a thing. I ended up having to go to a completely different mechanic much further away just for him to take a quick look and realize what was wrong, a procedure which took no more than 10 minutes. Now, I took my car in elsewhere for an oil change and was told that there were several preexisting issues that could have and should have be addressed by the sellers upon the transaction. Even if they were incapable of doing what needed to be done, they should have disclosed the information instead of treating me like a child.
