  Honestly I wasn’t expecting much as Customer service seems to be a thing of the past these days but I was blown away by Paula Mason. I wanted to help out a Church member by making a deposit into their account. Wells Fargo does not allow cash deposits into someone else’s account. Rather than send me on my way, she sat me down and walked me though how to use Zelle and explained the benefits and protection in doing so. She was polite, courteous and professional. I can’t tell you the last time I have had such an Pleasent experience.

  Ms.Paula was very helpful, the best customer service I’ve ever had here, She makes me feel like banking here at Wells Fargo is worth my time, every time I come in here.

  They look at you as if you’re a suspect when you’re only applying your rights I can’t believe I am writing this but wells fargo employees need better training in customer service

  This is my favorite branch! And Mrs Blunt the manager is very helpful and accommodating when ever I visit. She is always friendly and look forward to seeing her when I visit the branch.

  This is the worst Wells Fargo that I have ever been to. They never answer their phones. Out of all of their employees the only nice one is the young hispanic woman who works the drive-thru. Everyone is rude, including the managers.

  It is always a pleasure to go through the drive- thru for my banking needs and greet Laura. She is pleasant, kind and professional.

  Waited 20 min for an advisor and all of the workers were either talking to each other or at their desk doing nothing. I ended up walking out and driving to another branch. Worst customer service ever.
