Frandsen Bank & Trust Reviews

SpicyKittenBeans1Very disappointed in the customer service. Was laughed at because I didn’t know about something and instead of owning up to the unprofessionalism they stated, “everybody makes mistakes.” Closed my account next month and have better service at Affinity Credit Union, was a member of local Frandsen for 15 years and never have been treated so poorly. Definitely not worth your energy and business, more customer friendly options elsewhere.

:i.Christopher Lawyer2I am updating my review. For now, I am stuck with them and have no choice. I have been with this bank for over 20 years. Every time I have applied for any kind of credit, I have been denied. 2 and a half to 3 years ago I was the victim of identity theft; it is still ongoing. There are police and other records concerning this. I bring it up, because it is important, that if you give trust to an entity for 20+ years, maybe there should be some reciprocation of that trust. Maybe a little understanding. They have access to 20 years of my bank history, incoming and outgoing. They of all banks know for a fact that I have the means and steady income to pay them back for a simple loan, for a surgery that I need and insurance won't cover. They are able to look and see that in the past 10 years, I have had a perfect payment history on every other loan. But, now that I'm in need, is any of that trust reciprocated? Do they do any underwriting?? No, I am just a number. And not only that, I am an incorrect number, because other people have taken my identity and corrupted that number. I expected rejection from other banks, as they do not have a 20+ year history with me. This rejection hurts a bit, especially because the surgery is time sensitive and the bank manager straight up told me to go somewhere else. Granted, he was a bit nicer about it, but that is what he said. 20+ years, as I believe I started my account in 98, and I'm still a number, have never been approved for a loan, a credit card, nothing, because I am a number.

mike kaul2The State of MN took money out of my account so I called them and set up a plan with them. They released the money to be put back in. The money has been sitting at the bank waiting for them to decide when to put it back in. They know I need this money now because of what is going on right now in America. This is BS! This bank has been pretty good to me up until now Ugh..
