  As first-time home buyers, the loan processing and obtaining the required documentation can be a hassle while working full-time. Especially with the expense crisis today, we were apprehensive about not being able to close on time with the locked interest rate.   Nikki is the best lender around DFW. She will do everything in her power to see her clients get funded for their home loan. From late night calls on Friday night to early morning texts Saturday morning, Nikki was there for us answering any and all the crazy questions we had. She made sure we close before my parents leave for overseas. Thank you again from the bottom of our heart to make this happened.

  If you are looking for a place to work in Realty/Mortgage, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I was referred to this company by my mother's realtor. I had a zoom call with Derick and the operations manager Eric in September and was "hired". I had to constantly follow up with them about a start date and signing a contract. The atmosphere Derick presented was FALSE. It is now November and since September and the last time I reached out to the operations manager Eric in October, I have yet to start a training, touch a loan, or even speak to anyone. If I could leave NEGATIVE stars, I would. They may be a good lender company but as far as employees and wanting to hire those in the "community", they are not who they claim to be. That was MY experience and I hope if anyone does look this way for employment, they turn the other way.

  June and Derick are both very responsive and helpful throughout our entire homebuying process! As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and they helped us understand all of our financial requirements. My husband and I are so grateful that we were able to close on our new home just in time to celebrate Christmas.
