  After my car accident, the first and only car dealership I went to was Abram Auto. They sell used cars in Arlington Texas which was conveniently located near me. The staff was wonderful and I was treated with the most amazing hospitality and customer service! I recommend anyone to come here for all your car needs, I know I sure will visit again

  Great customer service don’t get me wrong that’s why it’s 2 stars. However, I bought a truck from here a week ago I have had to had the radiator replaced the heater hose replaced the water pump replaced. They don’t have a warranty policy so be mindful

  I bought 3 cars from this dealership and they always went above and beyond! All my friends and family buy cars from Abram Auto, we can never go anywhere else. Best people and good cars!

  This company sold me this car under false inspection approval. For one, I was told I had an option to extend my warranty through an outside company. Once I sign my contract suddenly they have no more brochures for the warranty company. Then The day after the purchase the vents reeked a foul odor and car became stuck in “shift to park” model several times. I immediately contacted the company who refused to help due to as is condition however I never received inspection proof. I asked them to email my contract to make sure I have everything and come to find out I only have 3 of several pages. I was pleading with the company to please fix the car, I have the money, instead they towed my car and stated I have to pay the full financed amount to get the car back. I visit in person to receive my property from my car and am denied. I also ask for proof of payment terms in my contract and the lady is unable to show it and refused to give me the contract. When she stopped looking at the contract I was able to get it off the table and was walking out the door and was told I had to give it back or a charge would be pressed so I tossed it and left. Now they are only allowing me to pick my property up at certain times that often don’t work now that I’m not mobile. Also still refuse to prove payment terms.

  I will always purchase a used car from Abram Auto. The customer service goes above and beyond any establishment. Their attention to detail is unmatched compared to most of the car lots on division or even high end car dealerships near me.
