  Andy was very helpful explaining the difference between leasing or financing a new vehicle. He was flexible with his schedule so my husband would be able to meet with him also. We test drove an Chevy Equinox and a Buick Encore GX. Andy was able to negotiate a good trade value on our 2012 Equinox and took care of all the other details involved to finance our new 2021 Buick Encore GX. The whole process was relatively stress free. This is the 5th vehicle we've purchased from Fox Negaunee. All the staff from sales to service are friendly and helpful.

  It was a pleasure doing business with Fox Negaunee. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful. My questions were answered honestly and completely. My sales associate Levi was great, and Roger in finance was too. I would certainly recommend Fox Negaunee to any of my friends looking for a GM product. By the way, they also had some really good coffee available in the waiting area.

  I requested a tire rotation and it wasn't done. I mentioned front passenger tire losing air and needs to be filled once a week that was not addressed as to what was causing issue.
