  OVER A MONTH AND STILL NO DEBIT CARD! Forgot to send it out the first time. Had to call and figure it out. They sent it to the wrong branch the second time. Had to call to figure it out. They decided to mail it out from the wrong branch and it was never received. Had to call and figure it out. Another card was sent out and still not received after 7+ business days. Had to call and order ANOTHER card. They’ve been sent on “priority” too. By the time this card is received it will be almost hitting the 2 month mark. No one has been accommodating or actually wanting to help. Not having a debit card is the most inconvenient issue. Work checks are supposed to be direct deposit and have to be reworked and printed because...no debit card. This is absolutely absurd and I’m so disappointed. Booooooo

  This bank is just an inconvenience switching back over to chase only because of the lack of availability. Its hard to get help from this company when they are only open during the hours normal people are working.

  We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations as a financial institution. We try to accommodate people working daytime hours by having our lobby open from 8:30 AM to 5 PM Monday - Wednesday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM Thursday & Friday, and Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM. Our drive-thru is also open 7 AM to 5:30 PM Monday – Wednesday, 7 AM to 6 PM Thursday & Friday, and 9 AM to Noon on Saturday.
