  Today is the last day I will plead with this bank. I lost my job and I currently owe them $90 for insufficient funds. I LOVE how a company charges me money for not having money because that just makes the best sense right? Their system will also move around transactions on your account in an attempt to force you to overdraft so that you can pay them more and more money. As another review said. They act sweet as a disguise and in my case until you have an issue. They want to act like they are innocent and pretend to be sympathetic to the situation but you can tell by how condescendingly they talk to you that they don't care. I'm paying this balance off today and closing my account. I will NEVER work with this awful company again.

  I’ve been a member since 2012/2013, and I’ve never had a complaint. The customer service is so good and they go above and beyond to assist you. However, this review only applies to the credit union on Pepperwell Parkway.

  Awful bank I’m going to switch as soon as I am able. At the ATM you can’t add money to your account and there is ALWAYS a problem with the online banking. It’s like this bank is super old for no reason.

  In the 17yrs I've been a member I've never experienced a bad moment until today.They wouldn't except my wife's payment from her at drive-thru for her vehicle and the loan officer I feel doesn't take her job serious . Monique was so much better

  So disappointing to see a Credit Union that use ​to stand for so much give in to the numbers game. They removed former President and CEO and treated him as if he did nothing for FSFCU, and during his battle with cancer, Rest in peace Mr. Ronnie. Then Sherry Hendricks was told her position was no longer needed after 18 years of service. Ok we have all heard the stories of lay offs but then to not offer her a severance package and refuse to pay out her remaining PTO is ridiculous. Not to mention all the other hard working employees who have expressed their frustrations about current management, board members, removal of insurance and other benefits and you continue down this daunting road of the Ole might dollar just to benefit a select few. Shame on you for forgetting what is important for employee retention. FSFCU we see your true colors.

  Had to give 1 star to post. They don’t deserve it. Worst bank. Limit the number of deposits in a day can make. Limit the total amount can buy something online, limit the amount can withdrawal from atm. Holds check over certain amount no matter being a customer for 8 years, have more money in act then the amount check being held. Issue fraud on transactions not fraud a previous time. A bank that has more rules for how someone spends their own money then my wife has. A bank that does what it wants long time loyal customer be damned

  Can’t make a payment through drive through. Obnoxious policies that always creates an issue when trying to make a truck payment Edit: just returned to the Auburn branch and was told that I am not able to make a payment due to Guardian’s system being down. Can’t even drop off the payment. The co-op system here is an absolute nightmare. If this team is incapable of functioning properly then please remove co-op all together. I have never in my life faced so many issues with trying to make a payment. Unacceptable

  Worst bank ever, wouldn’t recommend to anyone money was took out of my account more than once for no reason at all. I will be closing my account and going to another bank Four seasons is awful & why is there 2 locations in opelika & none in auburn i have to travel far just to visit my own bank. Do better four seasons

We definitely respect your decision, and I'll pass the feedback along to the appropriate people on our end. It doesn't take a bad review for problems like these to be sorted out. We help people all the time with all kinds of situations, and we try to look out for the well-being of our members. Please allow us that opportunity to help you if we can. As for the branch in Auburn, we actually did have a branch in Auburn for awhile, but the traffic wasn't there to support it, so the decision was made to close that down. We are always looking at different opportunities in the Auburn area. As we continue to grow, we have deployed a few new services out there, such as remote deposit capture, which allows members to make check deposits via a camera-enabled smartphone, we are about to replace out our ATM fleet with some really outstanding new ATMs, and we've put mobile apps that put members more in control of their money. Additionally, members have access to AllPoint's surcharge free ATM network, and there's about 55,000 of those, and I do know there are several of those in Auburn that may be quicker than going to a branch. Anyways, we really do appreciate the feedback, and please get in touch so we can iron out any issues on your account that may exist.
