  The homes that Four Leaf offer are amazing. You can tell they take pride in the homes they sell and really do provide top notch quality. They made it very easy to get financing and I was able to move in my new home quickly. Plus get a payment I could afford!!

  I will start off by saying I love my home. I love my neighbors. I love my community. But I do not like nor love the terrible customer service we receive from Four Leaf. Our lot rent has gone up twice since they bought our park. It always says it’s to allow them to keep giving us the quality service that we’re used to. That is not true. Our rent keeps going up, but the service is steadily declining. The roads do not get plowed in a timely manner. They are never salted. During the winter, there is ice everywhere. Our playground is unsafe due to the lack of wood chips. The real icing on the cake was when we were told we would have to pay to repair our water heater. We are renters. But then, we were also told that if the water heater needs to be replaced, we will have to give them the serial number because “it will become part of the home under contract.” So this company is telling us that we need to pay to keep our home habitable, which is a landlord’s responsibility, but that in doing so, we have to give them the things we buy. That is illegal. I would not recommend moving into any community they own.

  I love my home.. And the neighbors that I have around me along with the community. Royal Oaks is kids, parents, and pet friendly. Love the staff they do there best one making this community work.

  No stigma about "trailer" trash. These are manufactured homes and are beautiful. I have enjoyed my home and community for 15 years now. Much more room than any apartment!

  Easy website to navigate. Easy process to apply. Nice homes inside good communities. I appreciate how fast and smooth everything has gone.

  We've lived inn the community now for 9 months. The staff here are awesome and make us feel like we are people. The community is building and had shown improvement. Keep up the good work.

  They need to get a grip on who they have running their other parks because it makes them look VERY bad! Do anything to keep someone's deposit include lie..

  Placed work order 1st work order for shower leak 3 months later and 3 work orders later same place maintenance came did work and a month later still only half repaired I used to love it here but never really had any maintenance issues but know having house tore up for 4 months keep calling and told I'll send them by and still nothing going on 7 months now mold black worms in shower put 1st post and still un finished repairs

  Spent hours on their website deciding on what we wanted, filling out the application, just to find out they only cater to 55 and up. PUT THAT ON YOIR WEBSITE

  I am so sorry that it was hard to find the information on our Willows page related to the 55+ age restriction. It is on there if you read the community overview, but I understand your frustration. The community rules stipulate that just one person in the home must be aged 55+. Again, big apologies. I will review with our web team and make that more prominent. Have a good day.
