  Peter is very courteous and easy to work with. Very transparent and professional. He has a way of sensing your concerns, teasing them out and clarifying them for you. That's a rarity these days. He is also very meticulous about what he plans and executes. I recall being concerned about a certain credit that I would get at closing because he had mentioned it in passing during a brief phone call. But there it was on the contract :-). Peter has become my go-to guy for home mortgages.

  I was hesitant about allowing someone into my personal financial situation. But I needed help and Mark was referred to me by a close family friend. Since my first conversation with Mark and throughout the entire process he made me feel very comfortable. I explained to him my situation and he offered advice and options. I never felt that at anytime I was bothering him and he was always quick to reply with anything I needed . I actually had to change our loan midway through the initial process due to unforeseen family circumstances and his team accommodated without hesitation. I appreciated his trust and would definitely use him again! His sense of humor also helped the stressful process of refinancing a lot easier to take!

  People's Home Equity, Pasquale Messina and Chris Wallace were an absolute pleasure to work with. We moved from out of state and ran into a snag with my Wife's nursing license taking over 3 months to transfer because the state of Illinois is so unorganized. We had already driven our belongings from Florida and were worried this would delay our closing. Chris Wallace stepped in and was able to get us to the closing table on time by getting creative. We appreciate the urgency she worked with!
