  Customer service has really went downhill with these businesses! I m a member and went in to get a money order for my adult daughter and she needed a document notarized but the teller said that she couldn’t notarized the document because my daughter was not a member! Why couldn’t my daughter pay a fee and have the document notarized by Founders? What does being a member have to do with notarizing a document!? My daughter had her driver’s license and a second form of ID. How about you just do decent customer service!? All of the information will still be verified and my daughter would have signed the document in front of the teller! Places like this needs to fail and go out of business! Very dumb policy!!!

  Founders treats you like family! No matter what I need to do, they always find a way to help me out and get it done. They offer tons of great services to meet all your banking needs with the intimacy of a small local business. Will be a customer until I relocate!

  I had the most amazing experience here this morning, after a not so great on at the Anderson Rd. location a few months back. Mrs. Georgia Young-Moore made my new account service pleasant, she was very courteous and prompt. I would recommend anyone go to this location, and see her for your account needs!

  I had the best experience with Mrs. Mika Sinclair at FFCU, she was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a joy to talk to and work with also she took the time to explain everything in full detail to my "full understanding" all the options for "now and my future endeavors". She's definitely an asset to Founders Federal Credit Union.....she was an absolute pleasure to work with and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Mrs.Sinclair (FFCU) for other needs in the future and hopefully for many more years to come... KUDOS TO YOU MRS. MIKA SINCLAIR (and FFCU for hiring such a GEM) for being one of if not the best Financial Service Representative I've worked with thus far!!!   I also had a fantastic experience with Mika. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. As a first time car buyer I literally had no idea what I was getting into and she took the time to walk me through the entire process and explained everything thoroughly.   I’m not sure why but it seems like there’s always something that Founders wants to verify with my account.. and if that password expires or something without any notice telling me to change it I can’t do that until the next business day especially when I’m having important things to get done over the weekend. So I currently can’t even access my account at all. I think there should be another customer service helpline over the weekends to mitigate problems such as this.

  The atms were being worked on so I was not able to make a deposit through the atm which caused my check to bounce, when I called to try to fix it I was told it wasn’t a founders error so they wouldn’t reverse the fee. Didn’t have issues before this.

  Litteraly stole money. Gave them 1000, counter says it's 980. I say give me my money back, they hand me n Different older bills. Manager admits counting machine off by 2$, but it must be right now!
