  I love the Dave Lyle branch! I always get quick service whether in the lobby or the drive through. Have been banking with FTFCU for 16 years and have never had any issues! Haley Perez was especially helpful on my last visit through the drive through. She is so friendly and funny! Will continue to visit this branch for my in-person banking needs.

  I went into the branch today on Dave Lyle and I had the best experience while dealing with Haley Perez she was very informative of her knowledge on all the products offered within the credit union . I have been a member with the credit union for well over 10 years and this is one of the best experiences I have ever had ! Thank you Haley for making my trip in to the branch such a pleasure .

  I most frequently visit the Dave Lyle Branch. I love it because all the tellers are so nice. Specifically, Haley Perez was so helpful and efficient at processing my transaction. I am so glad to be a member of Family Trust!

  I always have a great experience here, but today was awesome!!! I had to do a wire transfer today, having never done one before, and Ashante was amazing! She was super friendly and made the process go smoothly!

  Oh my gosh. I’m not sure how this place has so many 5 star ratings. I was a member for a few years. They charge such high fees for overdrafting. Every now and then I would overdraft by a couple cents to a few dollars and bam 30 dollar fee. They refused to work with me to reverse that fee. Literally over a few pennies. I have never had this issue with any other bank. They refused to cancel my account because I still had a overdraft fee. I’m so darn happy I switched to Chime. No overdraft fees whatsoever. Very bad bank. It’s actually a joke.
