  I Finally found a good banker, his name is Tyjae Smith. He helped me with my issues and gave me options I’ve never heard of from other associates at this institution. He was more knowledgeable and informative than the managers even. See him, talk to Tyjae Smith.

  They are not very well organized and have messed up my auto loan causing me to waste a lot of time trying to fix their mistake with my title. Not the first time they have got their information all wrong and wasted my time. I wish they had been better organized and got things right the first time. Be prepared for long calls, and many trips visiting them and the DMV to get things fixed that they messed up on. I never had this many issues with an bank.

  I can’t say enough about Tyjae Smith. I live 35 min away from this branch but I will continue to make the drive because of the professionalism and business acumen he possess. He goes above and beyond each and every time!! Thank you for all your help. You are DEFINITELY an asset to this company.

  Went in just to check interest rate on auto loans. Walked out with the check. Alicia was very nice in our dealings. Great doing business with them.

  I had the pleasure of working with Tyjae during the process of purchasing my first vehicle. I went to Tyjae, he gave me my loan amount. I wasn’t really satisfied with the amount, he took it upon himself to help me build my credit where I needed it to be. I advise Tyjae that I didn’t want to have a co-signer and wanted to do this on my own. Tyjae exceeded all expectations and now I am rolling. I would highly recommend this guy to anyone especially my young adults who really don’t have knowledge in what they are doing as first time buyers. Thanks Tyjae!

  I have nothing but great things to say! January Jones is the best!! Extremely professional and very friendly!! She’s switched 2 car loans over to Founders for us and consolidated 3 credit cards at a much lower rate! We will always come to her when we need anything!! Ronna McFalls

  I have been in real estate for 3 years and never had such a nightmare of service. My client was approved via this founders location and was told a DAY before closing that she did not qualify for the mortgage (which could have been found out in the first initial days of underwriting). Communication was close to none, even with a full staff. Will be steering clear of working with founders mortgage department, especially with no apologies or reimbursement for client expenses due to a fault on their end.

  Founders FCU and Tyjae that works at this location has been able to help me with refinancing my vehicles and even purchasing my dream car! He’s been able to get me the best interest rates and even worked over to make sure my deal(s) was closed and ready to go! I highly suggest going to Founders and Tyjae to see what they can do for you!
