  I have loved doing business with the Church Street branch. Everyone is always beyond friendly and helpful. Although, she is no longer working out of the Church Street branch, Regina Desrocher is above and beyond amazing. So kind and helpful. I still reach out to her for assistance and guidance. And, my husband is huge fan of Free Ice Cream Fridays. LOL

  I was embarrassed and humiliated and was lied on, belittled by Frankie who is not a Supervisor she literally went by gossip. Unknowingly had no professionalism towards me Kimberly Starr McFadden a new Member with Carolina Foothills for nearly 3 weeks referred by my husband Scott V McFadden due to the fact that I will be getting a settlement payout of $285000 by 06/12//20, However I have since closed my account and am waiting for my check of funds to go to my PO BOX listed on my Account. I have been very pleasant and nice to everyone their. At the beginning Amy had to litigate due to unprofessional actions between myself and a teller, that was 18 weeks long ago since then I've had great communication with both Teller's names unknown. Due to the situation that took place in front of my Lawn Care worker, I cried all the way back home. Also asked my husband of 19 years +6 friendship if he can't get this issue straightened out he has to leave my home. I most certainly will use the Race card , I'm certain that's exactly why that took place. Mr. McFadden's phone is listed on his account he s waiting for a call.

  Treneil is usually the one available when I visit the branch. She is extremely thoughtful, professional, and great with engaging customers. I always share a good laugh every time I visit, and that brightens my day. Her and Natasha are superb. Great team!

  My wife and I have had nothing but problems since we opened our accounts here recently. We've experienced terrible customer service so far and if things don't improve we will be closing our accounts shortly. To top it off, their mobile app doesn't even work on our phones because we have the latest version of Android!

  Lost our title twice forced my wife to have to drive to the dmv with our 5 month old baby !!! Terrible communication, I'm am understanding person but we had to call them to find out they lost it. This credit union has lost my trust.

  I have been a member here for several years, I have always relied on Susannah Miller for help with many things. Susannah and Carolina Foothills in general are always courteous and helpful. I would recommend to anyone for financial or banking needs.

  My husband and I both always deal with Regina and couldn’t ask for a better customer service rep. She’s always respectful and willing to help no matter what we throw at her. We recommend the credit union to everyone we know.
