To the blonde lady that ordered doordash who was extremely demanding, rude, entitled, and degrading. I will never do business with this company. If you can't treat delivery driver with basic dignity you don't deserve a dollar earned. As the face of the company you were by far the worst representation.

      Response from the owner

Hi Queli! I'm so sorry for your experience at our headquarters building. We have several companies (not FORUM) that rent space from us and work in this building. My guess would be that it was one of these companies and not a FORUM employee who was so rude. Regardless, no one deserves rude treatment and I'm so sorry for your experience. We appreciate you (and all delivery drivers)!

I have had an account at Forum (Broadripple) for about 5 years. The service and the way they have treated me as a customer has been fabulous! I have had problems with the fact that another customer has the same name, and they put extra security into my account, ALWAYS make me show my drivers license and have overall made me feel safe about this fact. I had issues with getting dividends due to some weird computer mess up and they have been gracious, communicated the problem well and overall taken care to make this not a problem anymore. Lastly, I just got a second mortgage, and the process was easy, once again they communicated well with me and made it seemlessly stress free. So overall, I couldn't ask for a better experience! (as an aside, I switched to Forum because another credit union was not so excellent.....)

Have always had great interactions with customer service both on chat and over the phone. I also had the unfortunate experience of someone writing me a bad check, and all I had to pay was a $5 fee. I'm frightened to even imagine how much Chase would have charged me in the same situation if I hadn't been smart enough to close my account with them. Credit unions by their nature have your back, banks by their nature don't, and Forum has proven that to me firsthand over the last decade.

I have been with Forum since 2008. For the last year I’ve used the account strictly for my Mortgage Payment to be taken out each month. I Recently found out that my account was closed due to an overdraft fee that occurred over 60 days ago. The fee was caused in error from my former mortgage company trying to pull out an mortgage payment that they shouldn’t have. I recently refinanced my home, ex.(Why it’s been 60 days since I viewed the account.) Once I found out that my account was in the negative and that my account had been closed due to the over draft fee, I immediately called Forum to find out what could’ve caused this. From the first time that I spoke with the representative I could hear the rudeness in her tone. Throughout the conversation I felt like I was being interrogated rather than helped. Long story short I ask the representative if my former mortgage company was unable to reimburse me for the error then what payment options were available for me to take care of the negative balance. She then makes the statement will January 3rd work? It’s only $182.00. I then requested to speak to a manager because I felt like that statement was completely unprofessional. Jermey responded and I explained to him the situation. I have never felt so disrespected before by someone in customer service. Forum if this is what you teach your employees in their training? If so then you have completely missed the mark. You should not treat anyone with this level of disrespect, let alone someone that has been banking with you over 10+ years. I understand that I spoke to someone In the collections department and they probably hear a lot of lies being told to them. But in this particular situation, an honest error occurred. Like I stated to the manager in the last 10+ years I have never had my account reflect in the negative. Once this situation is resolved I will not be returning to bank with Forum. I have multiple other accounts with different banks that I use and I’ve never experienced an issue like this before. My advice to future bankers. STAY FAR AWAY FROM FORUM CREDIT UNION.

This review is for Cristin (I believe), in the call center. She has always been helpful whenever she receives my call and I've never left a positive review per the recording. Thank you for always respectfully handling my queries and never making me feel like I'm bothering you.

I have never read any reviews and typically take them with a grain of salt but the negative reviews are correct in this case. As the ENTIRE world goes through this pandemic, it is obvious that this institution is only concerned with their bottom dollar or as I was told by a manager "they have a business to run". As a customer that has held multiple accounts for years, I have never been treated this poorly. Forum is not compassionate about any potential economic or health circumstances that may arise with you/your family and will continue business as usual. They do not stand by their mission of "Helping Members Live Their Financial Dreams" because they will close an account without notice. If you are someone that understands that life happens, then you need to consider a different institution that is compassionate about your well being and understands . Forum is not that institution. I am public servant with a top level clearance and have never been late on a payment. It is important to me to maintain the most optimal financial health. I was in a car accident and faced another high risk health situation and was showed no compassion at Forum where all of my other institutions were very understanding and accommodating.

Today I reviewed one of my accounts. My account ended with a positive balance on12/19/19, but yet I see an overdraft charge. I'm confused. I connect with the chat to speak with someone on the issue. A customer service representative with the name Domonique came on line and confirmed she could assist with the issue. 5 minutes later she is asking for more time because she decides to read notes about my previous action but failing to focus on the concern of my call. My previous history was handled by management why are you concerned with any previous history when today's concern is about the balance of 12/19/19? The lack of quality with customer care for level 1 interaction is unacceptable. I would like to see management to build team members who want to work to please the customer. If there are no customers there's no position for anyone under this organization.

This bank is a joke. I’ve never had such terrible customer service and inept representatives on the line. They fraud department calls and immediately hangs up on you then locks your card. As an out of state member I have to spend 25 minutes on the phone every other day getting my debit card unlocked because they can’t get their act together. I have now missed payments

I called to payoff my auto loan. They wanted to charge .50 cents to take my payment over the phone. I'm literally calling to give you money and you want to ding me for trying to give you money. This was my 2nd auto loan with them, never again.
