Amber Smith5I love this bank! I've been here for over a decade. Every single person ever I've spoken with has been nice and helpful. They seem like they actually like being there! I've had 0 issues with them. No crazy fees, no crazy things ever happening to my account. Love them!

Steven King5Have been a member for about a decade, have a mortgage here, and just got an auto loan. While I question the qualifications of the people who I spoke with directly, Forum did end up getting me the best rate for both my home and my car. Thankful for the underwriters behind the curtain. Come here for your second opinion on a mortgage or to beat the dealership's financing. It's worth it in the end.

Victoria Weir4I’ve currently been with Forum CU for 3 days and so far transitioning from KeyBank to them has been AWESOME. I’ve taken a loan out and opened a checking and savings in 2 days. Absolutely love having control over transferring money from either one or to someone else’s account if needed, can’t do that with my current account! Definitely recommend Forum already. Oh!! & also, the loan officer Joe G. was great, fast, and communicated very quickly to get it done for me, as said 2 days. THANKS FORUM!!

Andrea Gardner5I have been with this bank since as long as I can remember, I love the staff and the new remodel is nice. They have always been helpful with many different reasons I have walked in their door. If you have children I highly recommend the Sprout Account, every dollar counts when you are considering your child's future!

Kurt Auzins1Great interest rates and a number of nice locations, people are friendly. Lines can be long, online technology isn't impressive and neither is their smart phone app. Biggest problem is keeping up with all their petty procedures, like car insurance. I purposely obtained vehicle insurance prior to closing on a loan so I could provide the paperwork at closing. They still charged me additional insruance anyways. They wanted "FAXED" documents. WHo uses faxes these days. Actually FAX technology is a good analogy to when comparing Forums systems to otherss. Check out how dated there ATM machines are. Anopther issue I've seen is money deposited today, isn't creditied till tomorrow and only after tomorrows debits are deducted first. I could believe when I got a late fee and a collection call when I had a deposit and a transfer occur on the same day. The car payment was processed before the deposit. Really? That's what you get.

Jamie Coakley1Terrible place for banking. They never accept checks that any big bank wouldn't think twice about accepting. Inconvenience is the name of the game here. They will put limits on what you can spend from your DEBIT card. It was super fun to go through the checkout line to buy a $700 TV and have my card decline despite having an account balance of $2000 and being told it's for 'my protection' when I confront them about why they think they have the right to tell me how much of my own money I can spend at a time. These policies are why big banks are winning.

S. E. Rider2I've been with them for years, and for a basic bank account they are fine. I finally started looking at their other services. They have very poor communication with their customers. They say one thing, do another, and never communicate it. I'm very disappointed in their services because while they sound good, actually getting someone to work with you on putting them in place feels impossible. You simply get lost in the shuffle repetitively.

Craig M Hirsty1Customer service here is complete rubbish. They aren’t pleasant or helpful at all. Remember when businesses treated customers with respect & dignity? You won’t find that here.
Response from the ownerHi Craig, We're sorry to hear about your experience. Please let us know the best phone number to contact you at so a FORUM representative can reach out to you.

Jordan Brown (jordnbrwnkicks)1Seems like there are better solutions than Forum. They were a wonderful company when I started. They truly went out of their way to solve my issues. But now they seem to constantly drop the ball. They don’t like to return phone calls or work synergistically within their companies.
