  Gena went above and beyond for us as our mortgage lender! We could not be more satisfied.   We had a great experience with this group especially their agent Gena Caudle, she was very professional dealing with our home refinance getting us the best interest rates on the market and very responsive to our questions and needs . She was our guarding angle through the whole process up to the last minute with the closing saving us a lot on our monthly payments . She was also our agent when we bought this house two years ago, we shopped for the best mortgage rate and her's was the lowest .   I cannot recommend Gena highly enough. We were moving to Texas from another state and she helped us secure our new home loan. It was a tricky, stressful situation and the schedule was compressed but throughout it all Gena remained a logical voice of reason and comfort. Gena was very patient with us, answering the multitude of questions one inevitably has when financing a home. We bid on a few houses and Gena was always willing to run the numbers to ensure that we were staying close to our budget and that really helped us to know when we were making the right decision to pull the trigger.   Working with Gena is an absolute pleasure and she made the mortgage loan process stress-free for us. She explained the in's and out's of the mortgage loan process and with us being first time home-buyers, she had to be very patient with us :-) She is upfront with her costs/fees etc., and found us the lowest costs/rates. When we had an unexpected complication in our closing, she went out of her way to help us through the process of obtaining a power of attorney etc., and the entire process was very smooth with her coordinating everything.
