  The Credit Union is AMAZING. I've gotten many loans from them throughout the years. I've been with then 20 years plus. The are professional kind and humble. Never had any problems. They try to help you the best that they can base on your credit. They will help get to where you need to be.

  I will never be doing business here again. I sent in a stop payment form 1 week prior to my draft date and was told it was taken care, it was indeed not taken care of and I was drafted on top of the payment I made manually. When I called the associate was very unhelpful and rude blaming it on me. I was given different information by 2 different employees. Horrible experience.

  I have been a member for over twenty years. I have had some interesting experiences with the credit union. They have always done everything possible to make, or keep me happy. Karen Ramirez, and her staff have always gone above and beyond to make my banking experience positive.

  I'm writing this review after having multiple accounts over several years. Over ten years ago, my parents opened a secured credit card for me to use while I was in High School for gas/food. Since I was not 18 at the time, the card was secured by not only my own checking account, but also my parents who had been members since before I could remember. I mention all of this, because to this day I have an account being reported to the credit agency for an $86 charge off. I have tried to reach out to them now 3 times and have been treated with complete disrespect. My parents. who carried relatively large deposit accounts and have financed several different things through the CU over the course of the past 20 years were told basically the same thing that I was. I have tried to write them an $86 check, only to be told that its no use anymore. To say that I'm livid is a complete understatement. Even with their complete lack of any desire for customer/member service, I will continue to try and resolve this issue, but I can tell you that I will NEVER do business with this CU, or any others affiliated with it.

  I am completely livid as I write this review. My husband and I walked into this CU beginning of May 2017. It is June 20th 2017 and I am still having to deal with the terrible consequences of applying for a loan for debt consolidation through this place. It took FOREVER and a day for our loan paperwork to go through due to our banker, Teresa, not having good communication to let us know what we were missing or just basically giving us wrong information. After everything was finally approved and paid, I have just gotten a letter that one of my major credit cards was closed due to FWCCU sending my payment in full and requesting the account be closed!!!! This totally defeats the reason for which we decided to get this loan!!! I have had this credit card since 2012 and have gained a hefty credit limit and now it's closed!! We didn't ask to have anything closed and never was it mentioned to us that they would ask for our revolving accounts to be closed!!! Please people stay away from this credit union, and be smarter than us by asking every question you can think of. I have to now rebuild my credit!!!

  I love this credit union. Kristie from Meadowbrook office has been so helpful. With countless emails, financial advice, etc she has done so much to help me. Love the level of personalized service without any judgement. Kristie has gone above and beyond to help me out.

  I have been a member since birth that's to my generous grandfather. When I turned 16 I knew there was not another institution in the world I would take my money than FTWCCU! I'm 27 now and they continue to go above and beyond to please myself as well as my family! Love the family atmosphere when I walk into a branch whether I'm in my local branch or the main headquarters. Keep up the good work FTWCCU!!
