The home loan process with Scott was as easy as possible with his great follow up and how he walked me thru the steps to get my home loans.   I would not recommend using Fort Collins Mortgage LLC when trying to buy a house. Scott was horrible at communicating and never addressed my questions when asked. His information on my case always changed, and his pre-approval wasn't worth the paper it was written on. DO NOT USE this business!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Told us we were approved at one rate and didn't tell us until the day before we closed that the actual interest rate was a full point higher. Lies!
