  Foothill staff is very helpful with all my need and Questions. Iwas easily able to appt for loans and application was quickly process over the phone They managed to get mod of my information due to the fact they hate most of my information because we have accounts with Foothill. I have recommended Foothill to three family members and they are happy too. Love this credit union.

  I've been with foothill Federal since I turned 18.... over 16 years. I've always felt cared for and treated like a top client. With times being tough financially right now, they've worked with me. As I make my move to Texas, I will still be using them for my checking. Thank you Foothill team for always taking care of me!

  My most recent visit was at the Covina branch but I've been to all of them and I've never had a bad experience. My main account is at the Arcadia branch. Excellent customer service at all of them. All of my kids have at least one account at with this credit union. My youngest daughter is in Washington state with her husband who is in the Navy and she continues to keep her FCU account! I've been able to easily transfer money to her account for gifts or for the grandchildren. I'll never change.

  I have had such great experiences at this location. I brought in family members to open accounts as well and will continue to recommend Foothill Credit Union. Their professionalism and willingness to assist me is very welcoming and appreciated.

  I just recently switched over to FFCU & as soon as I stepped foot inside their office I felt welcomed. The staff was very friendly & casual but professional. The only downside is they don't have enough chairs to lounge all day in there cause I totally would.

  At first I was so amazed with them. Now after all the fee's, unanswered questions and all my I can't believe this moments, I just want to finish paying the loan I borrowed and look for another bank. Usually customer service puts me at ease but today they showed me I truly do not matter as a client.

  Please please reprogram your ATM machine to not require restarting the WHOLE card insertion process when doing more than one transaction. Sometimes people are there more than 5 minutes doing what should take at most a minute. A simple re-entry of one's PIN could should suffice for security reasons.

Often times, the cause of a down ATM is a result of system maintenance, update, or just a disconnection.
