  Been with these fine folks for 15 years, have had several auto loans and a credit card with them- no matter who helped me, they've always been friendly and professional. They definitely go the extra mile.

  They need to update their business hours. It’s 5pm and I got a recording they are closed but Google says they close at 5:30pm.

  I'm a senior and used many well-known banks but this credit union I'd recommend to any friend or family. They offer low rates on auto and personal loans, Visa Rewards cards, debit card, prepaid debit, vast number of no-service-fee s at nearby ATM'S (this branch does not have an exterior ATM but there's always one near where I happen to go), Notary, savings bonds and numerous nearby Shared Branches should I travel or need a Saturday visit. All their employees are very polite and helpful and I don't have to wait in a long or slow-moving line. They know their regular customers by sight and provide personal assistance by knowledgeable persons concerning your needs or circumstance. Located in the downtown area of Covina, with enough parking and right next door to a post office.

  They give excellent service very friendly staff. They are also very helpful keep up the great work. Excellent service. Thanks again for taking the time to explain the loan options to me. Also thank you for helping me with my online banking to log in you made it as 1-2-3 for me I appreciate it.

  Fix the website that's been down & also application too, very unsatisfactory professionalism. Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone , there's better credit unions.
