  People was rude, doesn't even great you. NO please or thank you. And employee including manager lied just for your to have an account to them. They need to hire new people including manager. The people that works here are all liar. Just so they can have an account. SAD! That they allow this

  Horrible bank! Lazy tellers!!!! I got a student check and it's there's and supposedly they can't cash it!!! BS that Herlinda lady is just lazy since when do you need a supervisor to cash a check that is there's? Thank goodness I have a Citibank near my home that actually wants my business...

  The older employees are always with a really really bad attitude..l am very respectful but they really run my patience. This bank needs to have thier older employees work on thier customer service.Thanks i change to chase. ..

  Called to ask a question about my credit card. Was put into a phone tree hell, then disconnected. Sucky customer service. They will do everything to make sure you don't get to talk to a real person.

  Great service. Only problem is that they need more employees that are younger and more energetic. Staff is kind of slow
