  JAQUEA WILLIAMS did such an amazing job helping me set up my new account she was very patient with me with all the questions I had i will definitely recommend her to anyone that's wanting to join focus to get their account set up.   Using Focus to get an auto loan was the easiest I've ever done in my life! Stephanie stayed late on a Friday to call and inform me I was approved and what steps to take next. I didn't know car buying could be so easy!

  Theresa is fantastic. I needed help purchasing a car from New Jersey and she was with me every step of the way. She answered my questions and offered suggestions and solutions I hadn’t thought of. Such a great help. Thank you Theresa!

  I initially applied online and received a call from Teresa who told me that I was approved for the amount I requested. I asked if I found a car when the credit union was not opened could I write a check and she said I could do it that way or have the dealership go to CUDL and needed information would be there. I found a car on July 4 and wrote a check because they did not use CUDL. On the 5th I called and talked to Teresa, told her that I had written the check and she said that she would call the dealership and get the info from them and then overnight a draft. I talked to her later in the day and she indicated she had spoken to the dealership and everything was worked out. I asked what I needed to do and she said she would take care of all of it. Teresa told me that she would be gone on Friday and Monday. The dealership called me on Monday and they had not received the money from the credit union. I went to the dealership and the staff there that day took care of everything. They were great. Teresa called me this morning and told me my paperwork was on my desk and did everything get done. I said yes. She asked if I got the car and I told her that we had discussed this last Thursday and I had the car then. If you are with experienced and knowledgeable staff the process is easy and they are very friendly and helpful. If it has been several years since you have taken out a loan, be sure the loan officer knows what she is saying. The loan manager, David and one of his staff (Ariana’s) mother were great. Sorry I don’t remember her name but she has a picture in her office of her beautiful daughter.

  Great team willing to work on your future and not only focus on the past. The will give you a chance and if you do well with said chance they have your back. I would not ever leave Focus. They do a lot for the community and have a great team. The service here is far superior than other offerings in town. I can't say Thanks enough to Focus for really helping me out when no one else would.

  I've been pleased with every experience so far. From opening the account to getting a loan every step has been simple and well explained. Jade and Tyler were both patient with questions and answered everything in terms that I could understand . Very excited to do business here .

  Great experience, Loan specialist Leslie Sledge did an absolutely excellent job in walking me through the auto loan process. Best banking experience I've had to date and I will definitely be returning to focus for additional banking needs in the future.

  Had taken a loan out with Focus for a new vehicle ( amazing rates by the way ) and had some trouble with the new title.. made one phone call and Megan took care of everything and had correct paperwork waiting for me at my local branch !! AMAZING Customer service and look forward to working with them in the future !! Thanks again for all your help...
