      Horrible service. They pre approved me just to hit me with a hard inquiry and deny me. Be ware do not deal with this business.

      Have never had a bad experience until today with this bank. Came through the drive through and the teller was very rude to begin with. After leaving, I realized she had given me more than the check I was cashing. Came back through to return the additional cash and she was again, very rude. No "thank you." No "have a good day." Just a very sour attitude and gave me a bad taste about this specific bank considering I work in the customer service industry.

      Good service, but not a fan of the reduced hours (due to COVID). I work overnight, and they don't open until after I go to bed & close when I get up.
