  This is the worst bank service I've ever received. From their horrible website/app to the in-person support, it was utter dog water. I tried to close my account, and instead of stopping charges on the account they moved all my money out of the account and positioned it to be overdrawn without telling me. They then charged me 4 "return fees" for charges that should have been stopped because the account should have been closed. Instead of acknowledging their error and removing the fees, they forced me to pay for their mistake.

  I opened a personal FNBO credit card because of the 2% cash back reward on all purchases. Excited to bank those points and pay for something fun in the future! Robin Christ was great to work with! Very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable!

  I love the personal relationships that all of the banking staff at Table Mesa have with their customers. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend FNBO.

  Typically a good bank. But today I went to go get some info around 5:30pm after looking up the hours (supposed to close at 6pm) got there and the doors were locked and lights off .... I'm not amused by this as "Washington's birthday" isn't a federal holiday and should not affect the hours open. This put me in a bad spot as now I have no access the the information I need today......
